摘　　要：高校实验室是从事科学研究、实验教学和社会服务的关键场所,是高校安全管理的重要方面之一。通过分析高校实验室安全事故现状及其原因,把危机管理理论"4R模型"引入到实验室管理当中,从缩减、准备、反应和恢复4个阶段构建了实验室危机管理全过程,为高校预防和解决实验室突发性事件,建设平安校园,提供了参考依据。College laboratory is the key place for scientific research,experimental teaching and social services,and also an important part of college laboratory safety management.By analyzing the status and reason of laboratory safety accidents,the 4R model of crisis management theory was introduced into laboratory management.So this paper built the whole process of college laboratory crisis management from the four phases.Reduction,Readiness,Response and Recovery,providing effective measures to prevent and solve the sudden events,and build a peaceful campus.
