摘　　要：家族企业是我国改革开放的一个新生事物,家族企业的产生,改变了中国经济的面貌。本文分析了家族企业管理模式出现种种弊端的原因,以及对家族制企业管理模式和影响模式转变因素的分析提出了建立完全的现代企业制度、第二形态的现代企业制度、家族企业群模式、维持模式等几种发展模式建议。China＇s reform and opening up the family business is a new thing,the generation family business,changing the face of the Chinese economy.This paper analyzes the development of family business as the business and its management are the reasons for the emergence of various defects,and the family enterprise management and analysis of factors affect the paradigm shift proposed the establishment of a complete modern enterprise system,the second form of the modern enterprise system and mode of family business groups to maintain several development model proposed mode.
