摘　　要：为实现某航天电子产品测试车间的信息化管理,同企业内部MES实现信息共享,根据测试中心主要的业务职能,研制开发出一套适应企业需要的产品测试管理软件,实现了测试资源管理,测试任务调度与分配,测试结果分析、统计、查询、质量管理,数据保存,远程数据库管理等功能,优化了企业测试数据管理流程。In order to realize the test-plant information management for electronic product, and share information with MES, according to the test center＇s main business functions, a set of management software was developed. Test data management system （TDMS） was developed for business needs. Test resource management, test mission scheduling and allocation, test result analysis, statistics, query, quality control, data storage, and remote database management were implemented. The test data management process of enterprise was optimized.
