摘　　要：对２００ 对自然流产夫妇的外周血Ｇ显带染色体随体联合频率（ＳＡＦ） 的分布进行研究分析。结果：ＳＡＦ 男、女性分别为３ ．９５ ％ 和３ ．９６ ％ ，其中ＤＤ联合频率、ＤＧ联合频率和Ｇ－ Ｇ 联合频率男性为１ ．０９、２ ．１１ 和０．７５ ，女性为１．１０ 、２ ．１４和０ ．７２ 男女之间均无显著意义（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ，提示男女双方均有同等机会由于自身ＳＡＦ的变化而造成非整倍体畸变胚胎的形成。The satellite association frequencies(SAF) in peripheral blood of 200 couples who had been spontaneous abortion were studied by SA-banding technique.The results showed that SAF were 3.95% in husbands and 3.96% in wives.The percent of association of D?D,D?G and G?G were 1.09,2.11 and 0.75 in husbands.And these associations were 1.10,2.14and 0.72 in wives.There was no significant difference in SA random between male and female.The results indicated that there was equal opportunity on antuploidy formation induced by the changes in their own SAF.
