摘　　要：以健美操专修学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、调查访问法、分析法,对普通高等院校体育教育专业健美操课教学能力、教学模式进行构建研究。以适应社会发展要求为研究的出发点和落脚点,探索健美操课教学改革的新思路,使健美操运动在推进全民健身活动中发挥其应有的项目作用,培养具有较强生存力和发展能力的健美操人才。By using the methods of document literature,interview survey and analysis,this paper,taking the students of aerobics as the research object,studies the training model of this major.Moreover,it hopes to help it suit the social developing requirements,explores the new thought of aerobics reform,makes aerobics to exert its functions of national body-building and trains talents of aerobics with the abilities of viability and development.
