摘  要:为探讨水稻穗部内源激素含量随穗分化进程的变化动态及其与穗部性状的关系,本研究以2个直立穗型粳稻品种为试材,分析了正常生长及在不同发育时期喷施赤霉素(GA3)时,幼穗内源生长素(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)与赤霉素含量的变化动态及其与穗部性状的关系。结果表明:随穗分化进程,穗部GA3含量呈现先降后增的"反L"型变化,IAA含量呈"N"型变化,ZR和ABA都呈现两头高中间低的"平缓U"型动态变化。喷施GA3后,幼穗GA3含量、IAA含量及后期ZR含量增加,且三者在每一阶段的增加幅度与自然状态下幼穗的含量变化幅度相吻合;ABA含量降低,且降低的幅度与自然状态下的含量恰好形成负对应。相关分析表明:内源GA3含量与IAA含量有协同关系,与ABA含量有一定的拮抗关系。穗分化期激素含量及其配比与幼穗发育的关系因幼穗发育的阶段而不同,其中生殖细胞形成期到花粉粒粒完熟期的IAA含量与结实率存在负相关关系,其他各时期激素含量及其配比与幼穗发育存在较多正相关关系。In order to explore the dynamic change of endogenous hormones in developing panicle and its relationship with the characteristics of panicle two erect panicle japonica rice varieties were selected and the dynamic changes of IAA(Indoleacetic acid),ZR(Zeatin nucleo-tide),ABA(Abscisic acid) and GA3 levels in young panicle were analyzed under both normal and exogenous GA3-treated conditions.The results are as follows: during young panicle differentiation,endogenous GA3 content presented a "reverse-L" type i.e.,the GA3 content was first decreased and then increased sharply.The changing patterns of IAA showed an "N" type,ZR and ABA were single apex type just like "flat U".Under GA3 treatment,endogenous GA3,IAA and the later stage ZR content in young panicle increased and their increased extend of each stage coincide with that in natural state;The ABA content decreased,and the decreased extent was negatively correlated with that in natural state.The correlation analysis showed that there was a synergies relationship between endogenous hormones GA3 and IAA content,but an antagonistic relationship between GA3 and ABA during panicle differentiation.The relationships of hormone contents or their ratios with panicle characteristics differ at different panicle developing stage.A negative correlation between seed setting rate and the IAA content from the germ cell formation to the pollen full-ripe stage was observed,but in the other stages positive correlations were observed.
