摘 要:开发了液化天然气(LNG)缸内直喷多缸发动机,通过对不同的燃烧室设计和喷嘴布置方案进行仿真分析,开发了新的燃烧系统,设计了电控系统软硬件和满足天然气缸内直喷的LNG燃料供给系统。对LNG缸内直喷发动机、原汽油机和天然气进气道喷射发动机进行了台架试验对比研究,结果表明:直喷机中低转速时动力性与原汽油机相同,总功率和最大扭矩仅分别下降了3.8%和2.3%,较天然气进气道喷射发动机分别提升了7.7%和5.2%。The liquefied natural gas(LNG) in-cylinder direct-injection(DI) multi-cylinder engine was developed.Through the simulation of different combustion chamber designs and DI injector layouts,a new combustion system was developed,the hardware and software of electronic control system were designed and the LNG supply system that met in-cylinder DI application requirement was also designed.The bench experiments for the LNG in-cylinder DI engine,original gasoline engine and natural gas intake port injection engine were carried out and the results were compared.The test results show that the power performance of LNG DI engine keeps the same as that of original gasoline engine at medium and low speed,but the total power and maximum torque of LNG DI engine only decreases by 3.8% and 2.3% respectively.Compared with natural gas intake port injection engine,the total power and maximum torque of LNG DI engine increases by 7.7% and 5.2% respectively.
