摘  要:目的:建立红景天中微量元素次级形态的分离分析方法。方法:采用阳离子交换树脂和Chelex-100螯合树脂分离红景天可溶态中的8种元素,微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其中各形态的含量。结果:该方法可溶态中的8种元素分离效果良好,方法的回收率在95.8%~107.4%之间,RSD≤3.1%。结论:方法准确、快速,而且有效地去除干扰、增强了有用的信息。Objective:The methods of separating and analyzing of second speciation of trace element in Rhodiola saccharinensis were established.Method:The eight species elements in filtrace of Rhodiola saccharinensis were obtained by using cation exchange resins and Chelex-100 chelating resins.The sample was digested using microwave digestion system.The elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The results separation and analysis of the eight elements in filtrace were good.The recoveries of the elements were ranged from 95.8%-107.4% and relative standard deviations were less than 3.1%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,rapid and can effectively remove interference and enhance the target signal.
