摘　　要：基于已设计的机械及气动系统,选择欧姆龙公司CP1H-X40DT-D PLC研制纸箱包装机控制系统。并进行了I/O点分配、PLC外部接线图及程序控制流程图设计,实现了纸板供送、待装箱产品输送、纸箱装箱成形、喷胶封箱整形等工作过程的自动控制。具有很高的可靠性和性价比。Based on the designed mechanical,pneumatic system,the paper selected CP1H-X40DT-D PLC to study control system of the carton packaging machine.The paper assigned I / O addresses value,designed PLC exterior circuit and program control flow chart thus realized the automatic control functions of the cardboard feeding and pre-packaging product conveying,carton packaging forming,glue spraying,packaging sealing and shaping.This control system has realized high reliability and cost-effective.
