摘 要:为探讨抑癌基因p16 、癌基因Cyclin D1 和CDK4 在胰腺癌中的作用及其相互关系,应用免疫组织化学方法检测了p16 、Cyclin D1 和CDK4 基因在胰腺癌中的表达。结果:p16 在胰腺癌中为低表达,Cyclin D1 和CDK4 呈过度表达;p16 与Cyclin D1 呈负相关关系( P< 0 .05) ,Cyclin D1 与CDK4 呈正相关关系( P< 0 .05) 。提示胰腺癌发生机理涉及p16 、Cyclin D1 和CDK4 基因的异常,p16 低表达和Cyclin D1 高表达在胰腺癌发生中起协同作用。To study the mechanism of p16,Cyclin D 1 and CDK4 and their relationship with pancreatic carcinoma, their expressions were examined by immunchistochemistry methods. Results: overpression of Cyclin D 1 and CDK4 was revealed in these samples and p16 was undertectable. There was a negitive correlation between p16 and Cyclin D 1 ( P <0.05), and a positive relation between Cyclin D 1 and CDK4 ( P <0.05). The results indicate that abnormality of p16, Cyclin D 1 and CDK4 may be involved in the molecular mechanism of pancreatic carcinoma, p16 lower expression and Cyclin D 1 over expression may coexit in the development of pancreatic carcinoma.
