摘 要:传统的齿轮加工机床无法完成直齿面齿轮的加工。利用三维模型,对模数为3mm、齿数为89齿的直齿面齿轮的齿形进行了研究,对其采用成形法在数控铣床上加工进行了可行性分析,进而研究了面齿轮成形加工的加工方法。对CA6140加工出的面齿轮毛坯设计了加工工艺,利用Master-CAM9.1软件编制了齿形粗加工、半精加工、精加工的数控铣削程序,最终在CNC-JTGK600数控雕铣机上完成了该齿轮的加工。对成品的测量表明,使用数控铣削的方法可以满足面齿轮加工精度的要求。Since traditional machine tool for gear is impossible to machine face gear,we studied the tooth shape of face gear with straight tooth by applying three-dimensional model,which modulus is 3 mm and tooth number is 89.Feasibility analysis is carried out on NC milling for machining the gear by adopting shaping method.Then the processing method for surface gears forming is studied.Machining process is designed based on the face gear blank manufactured by CA6140,and NC program for rough machining,semi-finish machining,precision machining is compiled with the help of MasterCAM9.1.Eventually,the gear is finished by CNC-JTGK600.The measuring data of the finished product indicats that NC milling method suffice the requirement for precision for the face gear.
