摘 要:在空间齿轮机构热真空实验中,轴心运动轨迹能够反映轴承的磨损程度。由于空间齿轮的轴心位移很微小,传统的电涡流传感器测量法并不适宜,据此提出采用加速度信号测量和二次积分的方法测量轴心的运动轨迹,并根据该原理设计验证了一个基于轴心轨迹分析的热真空齿轮机构磨损监测系统:采用3个位于不同测试点的3轴加速度传感器作为敏感元件,并采用"同时采样,分时转换"方法,使用一个经济型采集卡实现九路信号的同步采样,在低成本条件下精确实现了被测点的运动合成。文末给出并分析了该系统应用于空间齿轮机构的实测轴心轨迹。During the thermal vacuum experiment of space gear mechanism,the axis orbit can reflect wear degree of the bearing.Because the axis displacement of the space gear is very minimal,traditional eddy current sensor measurement is not suitable.Hereby,to measure the axis orbit,the method of acceleration signal measurement and quadratic integral is put forward,and basing on this principle,the system for the wear monitoring of space gear mechanism at thermal vacuum environment based on the analysis of axis orbit is designed and verified:The system uses three-axes accelerometer located in different measuring points as the sensor,and realizes the simultaneous sampling of 9 signals with an economical capture card by a method of simultaneous sampling and time sharing converting.With low-cost,the system realizes motion synthesis of the measuring points accurately.At last,the axis orbit obtained from the system and being applied in the space gear mechanism is given and analyzed.
