摘  要:建立了某轿车整车及乘员和约束系统的有限元模型,进行100%正面碰撞的数值仿真,通过仿真与试验的加速度曲线对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性。针对车体耐撞性能的不足,通过正交试验构造零件厚度对车体吸能的线性响应面,得到对能量吸收影响显著的关重零件。对关重零件中的前纵梁和前悬挂推力杆采取局部加强和改变形状的改进措施,使传力路线连续。通过整车数值仿真对比,改进方案使关重零件吸能增加,假人头部伤害值降低,说明其车体耐撞性能得到了改善。A finite element model for a passenger car is built together with dummy and occupant restraint system.Full frontal impact simulation is performed,through which the acceleration curve of simulation and experiment is compared to validate the model.To improve inadequate crashworthiness of car structure,key parts are chosen by building linear response surface of parts thickness to energy absorption using orthogonal experiment.Several key parts such as front rail and front suspension bar are strengthened and reshaped to maintain the integrity of load path.It's seen from car impact simulation that the modified structure increases energy absorption and reduces HIC.The improvement of car crashworthiness is verified.
