摘 要:在相同培养条件下分别以甘油、葡萄糖为碳源时,S5菌在两组不同的无机盐培养基上表面活性剂产量存在显著的差异,无机盐2明显优于无机盐1。初步确定Fe2+、Co2+、B3+、Cu2+、Ni2+五种金属离子对S5菌表面活性剂产量有显著的促进作用。通过正交试验优化了Fe2+、Co2+、B3+、Cu2+、Ni2+五种金属离子在培养基中的最佳浓度依次为0.022、0.906、0.022、0.018、0.012 mg/L。此时表面活性剂的产量为12.73 g/L,较不加金属离子有了很大提高。S5菌产的表面活性剂对石油降解菌Y2、Y8降解水体中石油烃有明显的促进作用。S5 bacteria is cultured in two different inorganic salt mediums and the biosurfactants yields are different significantly when glycerol and glucose are using as the carbon source respectively in the same culture condition.The biosurfactants yield produced in inorganic salt medium 2 is obviously higher than that in medium 1.And we initially identify Fe2+,Co2+,B3+,Cu2+,Ni2+ metal ions have the significant roles in promoting biosurfactants yields produced by S5.The optimal concentrations of Fe2+,Co2+,B3+,Cu2+,Ni2+ in the mediums are 0.022,0.906,0.022,0.018,0.012 mg / L by the orthogonal experimental design,respectively.At this time the yield of biosurfactants is 12.73 g / L,which has been greatly improved over previous.In addition,the surfactants have a certain role in promoting the biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in water by Y2,Y8.
