摘　　要：自省是我国儒家圣贤所倡导的修身方法,是道德人格教育的重要途径,对当代大学生道德人格养成具有重要的参考价值。要养成大学生的道德人格必须要加强自省的培养,而加强自省培养的重要途径主要有:提高对自省价值的正确认识,德育与智育相结合和提供增进自省的方法。Introspection is advocated by Confucian sages as a way of cultivating one＇s morality.It is an important way of moral personality education and has important reference value to foster contemporary university students＇ moral personality.We should strengthen the introspection ourselves and improve the college students＇ moral personality by increasing the understanding of the value of introspection,by combining moral with intellectual education to enhance introspection spirit.
