温州高职学生创业心理品质的调查与分析

摘　　要：以创业带动就业,可缓解大学生就业难。大学生创业心理品质在创业活动中起着十分重要的作用。温州高职学生在创业心理品质上显得不够成熟,如创业准备不充分,合作意识缺乏,创业目的功利,社会责任淡薄,实践经验匮乏。为此,可通过创业课堂教育、创业社团指导活动和创业实践教育活动,提升其创业心理品质。Encouraging entrepreneurship to improve employment can ease the difficulty of finding jobs for colleges students.The entrepreneurship psychology of students in entrepreneurial activities plays a very important role.The entrepreneurship psychology of Wenzhou vocational colleges students does not appear mature enough,for example：they do not make full preparation for the entrepreneurship;they are lack of cooperative awareness;the purpose of entrepreneurship is very utilitarian;they have weak social responsibility and inadequate work experience.Thus,it is vital to perform the classroom entrepreneurship education,carry out the guiding activities of entrepreneurship association and the practical entrepreneurship education to enhance the entrepreneurship psychology of vocational colleges students.
