颈夹脊穴注天眩清治疗VBI眩晕的病情分级比较

摘　　要：目的:比较颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗和天眩清静脉滴注对VB I眩晕病情分级的影响。方法:VB I眩晕患者60例,以随机数字表法分为2组,其中穴注毫针组30例,在患者颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗;天眩清组30例,以天眩清静脉滴注治疗。疗程均为10天,疗程结束后统计疗效,并加以比较。结果:治疗后两组间病情分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗VB I眩晕,颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗较天眩清静脉滴注更能有效地改善患者的病情分级。Objective： To compare the effect of illness state rating of vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI） vertigo treatments of gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji merging differential treatments of acupuncture needle and intravenous dripping of gastrodin. Methods： 60 cases of VBI vertigo patients were divided into 2 groups according with radom number table method. In 30 cases of acupoints injection and needling group, each patient was injected gastrodin in Neck Jiaji and treated with differential treatments of acupuncture needle; In 30 cases of gastrodin group, each patient was treated with gastrodin dripped intravenously. The treatment course was 10 ds, after treatment course, count and compare the effect. Results ： After treatment, there was statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05） in illness state rating between the 2 groups. Conclusion ： In treating VBI vertigo, gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji merging differential treatments of acupuncture needle could be more effective in improving patients＇ illness state rating then intravenous dripping of gastrodin.
