脑血管淀粉样病变相关的脑出血的临床治疗研究

摘　　要：目的分析脑血管淀粉样病变相关的脑出血病的临床治疗。方法利用21例脑血管淀粉样病变相关的脑出血病,分析总结患者一般资料、血清中β-淀粉样蛋白、M蛋白检测、病理检查。结果脑血管淀粉样病变相关的脑出血患者血清中β-淀粉样蛋白和M蛋白检测具有一定早期诊断检查价值。结论血清中β-淀粉样蛋白和M蛋白检测对脑血管淀粉样病变相关的脑出血病早期诊断具有一定价值,客观上能为治疗方案提供指导。Objective To analyze clinical data on intracerebral hemorrhage of cerebral amyloidal pathological changes.Methods Summarizing patients generally material,β-amyloid and M protein on21 cases of cerebral amyloidal disease treatment of cerebral patients were analyzed.Results Serum β-amyloid and M protein detection has certain value of early diagnostic check in cerebral hemorrhage of cerebral amyloid disease.Conclusion Serum β-amyloid and M protein detection for cerebral hemorrhage of cerebral amyloid disease early diagnosis has certain value for treatments,which objectively provide guidance.
