摘 要:目的探讨甘肃省三级甲等医院临床一线护士职业情感现状并分析其影响因素,为提升当地护理人员职业情感,建立合理激励措施提供参考。方法根据地域及医院规模,采用分层整群抽样法,选取甘肃省、地、市3所三级甲等医院临床一线护士为研究对象,自制调查问卷,包括护士一般情况和职业情况两部分,问卷有较好的信度、效度,并进行现场调查。结果甘肃省三级甲等医院临床一线护士职业情感总体得分(3.30±0.70)分。职业认同感平均得分均低于职业荣誉感和敬业感。多元线性回归分析结果显示,影响职业情感的因素主要有身体状况、医院级别、职务,具体表现为身体状况越好,所在医院级别越低,护士职务越高,其职业情感评分越高(P<0.05)。结论甘肃省三级甲等医院临床一线护士职业情感积极性亟需提高。改善职业情感度的关键在于提升职业认同感。落实人性化的职业健康监护(主要涉及在岗健康检查、身体不适时的转岗、职业保护等),建立有利于护理工作者身心愉悦的医院文化是不可忽视的重要方面。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of professional affection among front-line nurses in Gansu province,and to provide a basis for the enhancement of professional affection of local nursing and establishment of reasonable incentive.Methods Nurses from different hospitals in different regions were chosen with cluster sampling and surveyed by a self-made questionnaire.Results The total score of professional affection was 3.30±0.70.The average score of professional identity was lower than that of honor and dedication.Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that influencing factors of professional affection were physical condition,hospitals grade and position.Specifically,the better physical conditions nurses were with,the lower the hospital grade was,the higher position nurses were in,the higher score of professional affection nurses got(P0.05).Conclusion It is urgent to raise professional enthusiasm of nurses,the key to which is to raise professional identity.Implementing occupational health care mainly including post health checkup,post shifting,occupational protection,etc.is beneficial to physical and mental pleasure of nurses.
