摘  要:以淋激式制冷机组冷凝器为研究对象,采用热镀锡膜铜-康铜热电偶实测冷凝器换热翅片管表面温度。利用Matlab软件实现热电偶热电势值与相应温度值的转换。调用griddata3插值函数估算出冷凝器其他各点的温度值,通过Matlab强大的绘图功能绘制出冷凝器的三维温度场。运用contourslice(切片轮廓线)函数可以方便地观察冷凝器任一截面的温度场,实现冷凝器内外温度分布的可视化分析。结果表明:淋激式制冷机组冷凝器具有很好的换热效果。The study based on condenser of atmospheric condensed refrigeration unit.The temperatures of finned tube surfaces were measured using hot tinning process of copper-constantan thermocouples.Converting equation of temperature and thermo-emf for thermocouples was computed by Matlab.Other temperature measurement points of condenser were estimated by calling griddata 3 interpolation function and imaged of 3D temperature field for condenser by mighty drawing functions of Matlab.It was convenient to observe any section of 3D temperature field for condenser by means of contour slice function.Meanwhile,the temperature distribution of exterior and interior for condenser visualizing analysis became realizable.The results indicated that heat exchange efficiency for condenser of atmospheric condensed refrigeration unit was very high.
