摘　　要：目的:了解脑卒中后遗症期患者(SPWS)亲属照顾者的内心真实感受心理反应和心理需求,为促进照顾者的身心健康提供依据。方法:运用质性研究中的现象学研究法对10名SPWS的亲属照顾者进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析,整理。结果:通过反复分析、归纳、反思,升华出4个主题:负担过重;失去自我;渴求帮助;实现价值。结论:SPWS的亲属照顾者存在的消极感受远大于积极感受,他们承受着严重的心理,生理和社会压力,应为SPWS亲属照顾者提供具体的、有效的、全面的支持和帮助。Objective：To comprehend the caring feeling,psychological reaction and psychological need of family caregivers of stroke patients with sequelae（SPWS）,and promote their health.Methods：The data of 10 family caregivers of SPWS were collected through deep interviews,and the Colaizzi analysis method was used to analysis the data.Results：Through analysis,reflection,generalize and sublimate,four themes were drawn： overweight burden,lose self,hanker for help and realize value.Conclusions：The negative experience is much bigger than positive experience coexisted in family caregivers.It＇s necessary to call on our government to provide effective means to help the family caregivers.
