摘  要:装甲车辆薄壳车体的疲劳寿命是车辆维修性和保障性的重要指标,关系到车辆的使用安全性。针对明确预测装甲车辆薄壳车体的疲劳寿命主要依因素,传统采用试验方法周期较长、费用高且不准确。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于虚拟样机技术的新方法。先建立装甲车辆的刚-弹耦合动力学模型,然后提取任务剖面内各工况下车体薄弱部位动态载荷时间历程,并按照任务剖面编制载荷谱。采用名义应力法对车体的疲劳寿命进行预测。预测结果与车体疲劳寿命统计资料基本相符,证明了所提方法的可行性。研究成果为科学地制定车体维修保障标准提了供理论依据。The fatigue life of thin-skinned armored hull is an important index for the vehicle's maintenance and support ability,which is directly related to the driving safety.However,the current prediction method of fatigue life is vehicle test,which usually spends much time and high costs.In order to overcome the shortcoming,a novel prediction method of fatigue life based on virtual prototype technology is proposed.First,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the armored vehicle is established.Then the dynamical stress time process of the weak area of the hull is collected in each emulational task section and the load spectrum of all the task sections are constructed.Finally,the nominal stress method is applied to predict the fatigue life of the hull.The predicted values can match the statistic data of crack of hull.The research results will give theoretical support for establishing a scientific maintenance support standard of vehicles.
