摘　　要：总结了海军航空工程学院在组织学员参加历届"全国计算机仿真大奖赛"过程中,培养学员能力和素质的实践做法。分析了计算机仿真竞赛的基本内容、特点及基本要求,归纳和总结了仿真建模的一般步骤。同时对影响学员创新能力和综合素质的几个关键问题,也进行了分析与阐述。通过在"全国计算机仿真大奖赛"的培训和参赛中不断探索,形成了培养学员能力和素质的一系列切实有效的做法,取得了明显的效果。This article summarizes the practice of students＇ ability and quality cultivating of Naval Aeronautical and Astronautical University in the progress of National Computer Simulation Grand Prize in the past years.Analyzing the basic content,characteristics and request of computer simulation,generic approaches of simulation and modeling were summarized.Another several key problems affecting innovative and integrated ability are also discussed.A series of effective methods were formed gradually through the training and entry of National Computer Simulation Grand Prize,and gained obvious effects.
