同时性食管及食管胃交界区重复癌的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨同时性食管及食管胃交界区重复癌的诊断及外科治疗。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2010年9月间8例同时性食管及食管胃交界区重复癌患者的临床资料。结果8例同时性食管及食管胃交界区重复癌患者中，4例行经左胸食管及近端胃部分切除，胃食管吻合术；2例行腹胸联舍切口食管部分切除，全胃切除空肠一食管Roux-en-Y吻合术；1例行食管大部切除，近端胃切除，结肠食管一残胃间置术；1例行剖腹探查术。8例患者均顺利渡过围术期，无围术期死亡及严重并发症发生。结论8例食管及食管胃交界区重复癌患者术前均接受胃镜检查确诊。外科手术是食管及食管胃交界区重复癌患者安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical surgical treatment of synchronous esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction. Methods The clinical datas of 8 patients with synchronous esophageal squamous cell carcinoma associated with adeno- carcinoma of esophagogastric,junction between January 2004 and September spectively. Results Partial esophagectomy and esophagogastery with esop 2010 were analyzed retro- hgogastomy translefi - thoracic with adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction was safe and effective.
