紫杉醇联合顺铂每周方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂每周方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法紫杉醇70mg/m2,第1、8、15天;顺铂25mg/m2,第1、8、15天,均采用静脉滴注,28天为1个周期,至少完成2个周期后评价疗效。结果 45例患者中,没有完全缓解患者,有21例获得部分缓解,总有效率(CR+PR)为46.7%。最常见的毒副反应为骨髓抑制,非血液系统毒副反应轻微。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂每周给药治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)近期疗效较好,毒副反应轻,患者耐受性好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of weekly palitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma.Methods？Forty-five elderly patients with histologically confirmed non-small-cell lung carcinoma were enrolled in this study.The chemotherapy regimen consisted of palitaxel（70mg/m2,ivgtt,D1,8,15） and cisplatin（25mg/m2,ivgtt,D1,8,15） given every four weeks,and every patient accepted no less than 2 cycles.Results？Of 45 patients,no patient had cornplete response,21 patients（46.7%） showed partial response.The main drug related toxic effect was bone marrow depression,and the other toxic effects were relatively mild.Conclusions？The combination of weekly palitaxel and cisplatin for elderly NSCLC possesses better short term efficacy and acceptable toxieity.
