酪酸梭菌活菌散在治疗小儿念珠菌肠炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在应用制霉菌素及一般治疗的基础上辅以酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿念珠菌肠炎的疗效。方法将40例念珠菌肠炎患儿随机分为观察组20例及对照组20例,两组患儿均采用制霉菌素口服及一般治疗,观察组在制霉菌素口服2h后加用酪酸梭菌活菌散口服,监测体温、粪便性状及粪便真菌镜检等指标。结果观察组体温、粪便性状及粪便真菌镜检等指标恢复正常时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),观察组总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。结论在应用制霉菌素的基础上辅以酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿念珠菌肠炎可显著缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Clostridium butyricum powder for treatment of candida enteritis in children.Method？The children with candida enteritis were randomly divided into control group（n=20） and observation group（n=20）.All cases were treated with Nystatin.In observation group,two hours afterwards Clostridium butyricum powder was administered at doses of 0.5g（below 1 year old） or 1g（1 year old and above） three times a day.Clinical effects and adverse reaction were observed.Result？Compared to the control group,the rehabilitation time in treatment group were significantly short（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Effective rate in observation group（100%）was more than that in control group（80%）with statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion？Administration of Clostridium butyricum powder may have some positive effects on children with candida enteritis.
