根管内封药对根管治疗影响的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨根管治疗期间不同的根管内封药对于磨牙的根管治疗过程中存在的影响。方法 240例磨牙根管预备病例,随机分为2组,每组120例。实验组1在完成根管预备后即以氢氧化钙封药。实验组2在完成根管预备后以醋酸氯乙定封药。观察各组患牙发生根管治疗期间痛(EIP)的例数,并且比较两组间有无统计学差异。结果根管预备后,醋酸氯乙定发生EIP的可能性明显低于立即封药氢氧化钙的患者(P<0.05)。醋酸氯乙定封药患牙治疗时间明显少于立即封氢氧化钙的患牙(P<0.05)。结论根管预备后,根管内封药应用醋酸氯乙定较氢氧化钙可以减少EIP的发生概率,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),根管内封药应用醋酸氯乙定.可以缩短治疗时间,减少患者的痛苦,值得临床推广。Objective To study the root canal therapy during different root canals sealed medicine of molar root canal therapy for existing in the process of influence.Methods 240 patients molar root canal,prepare cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 120 patients.A group of root canal in complete with calcium hydroxide prepare namely after sealing medicine.The paper-sculpture group finish root canal prepare after acetic acid chloride b fixed seal medicine.Observe exp1 root canal therapy with tooth occurred during pain（interappointrmer endodontic pain EIP） number,and a comparison between the two groups have statistically significant.Results After root canal,acetic acid chlorine b preparation may occur EIP set obviously lower than the calcium hydroxide immediately sealing medicine patients（P〈0.05）.Acetic acid chlorine b fixed seal medicine with tooth treatment time obviously less than immediately sealed with calcium hydroxide with teeth（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The root canal preparation,acetic acid chloride b fixed root canals sealed medicine can reduce the likelihood of deeloping EIP,shorten time to treatment.
