摘　　要：结合山东昌乐县土地市场实际情况,探讨了基于GIS的基准地价更新技术路线,采用样点地价均值法、地价—分值模型法共同确定城镇土地基准地价,并分析了3种用地类型地价变化的原因。According to the actual situation of land market in Changle County,the technical route and process of the GIS-based update of standard land price was discussed,and then the standard price for urban land was jointly determined by the average value method of sample land and land-score model method,at last the causes to the price change of three land types were analyzed.
