摘　　要：喉髓外浆细胞瘤（EMP）十分罕见。本文报道2例原发于喉部的EMP临床病理特征、免疫组化结果及预后，并对有关文献进行了回顾。Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) of larynx is a rare tumor. In thisstudy 2 cases were reported- Hoarseness is the main complaint of the patients with EMPof larynx. Histologically, plasmacytomas has the typical microscopic appearance of amonomorphic infiltrate set in a sparse delicate and reticular stroma. Immunohis-tochemical staining showed positive for kappa (1 case) and lambda (1 case ) lightchains. The combination of surgery and radiotherapy was used. One patient was still dis-ease-free for 36 months after treatment,but the other patient died 13 months after treat-ment. A review of the relevent literature was given.
