摘 要:目的:机体在运动训练后的恢复过程中,会出现在运动时消耗掉的物质、器官和系统的机能水平超过原有水平的现象,生理学上称之为"超量恢复"。通过对"超量恢复"理论的再认识,试图把它更好地应用在指导运动训练中。方法:本文运用文献资料法,深入分析国内外"超量恢复"理论的研究进展,尤其是"超量恢复"理论的实际应用。结果:在我国运动训练实践中,发现并找出运动员个人实际训练时的"超量恢复"时间点,根据不同运动员的"超量恢复"时间点,合理安排训练时间、训练强度和训练频率,是我们在指导运动训练中应该思考的问题。结论:广大体育工作者应合理运用"超量恢复"理论,开发创新的思路、创新的训练方法来提高运动员的训练水平,同时要掌握和了解机体各种能源物质的恢复时间和区间,为教师和教练员在教学和训练中合理安排训练时间,为增强训练水平和提高运动成绩提供可靠的理论依据。Objective: the body in recovering process after sports training,will appear a phenomenon which the material,organs and the level of systems more than the original,called "excess recovery".By understanding the theory of "excess recovery", we trying to make it better use in sports training.Methods:By the way of finding literature,and analysing the research progress of "the resume theory",especially in the actual application. Results:we try to find the individual "time" in sports training,according to the different "time" to arrange the training.The time,frequency,intensity is very important for our guide.Conclusion:the workers should be rationally used "the excess recovery" theory, to develop innovative thinking and innovative training methods to improve the training level of the players,at the same time,they should know and understand the recovery time and interval of the body.Mastering appearing of excess recovery provide a reliable theoretical basis for that teachers and coaches in teaching and training of reasonable arrangement of the training time, in order to strengthen and improve the performance level of training.
