摘  要:从目前大学辅导员处理师生关系时出现的诸如师生间相互认同不足、关系淡漠,共处时行为规范失衡的实际情况,提出了以沟通引导为核心,针对新的具体情况,根据大学生师生关系规律,在增进师生交流和相互尊重基础上,平衡好工作与师生感情,充分发挥辅导员的有效引导作用,最终处理好师生关系的方法论。The article presents a practical situation where students and teachers lack mutual recognition,feel indifferent with each other and can't balance the code of conduct.It puts forward a methodology referring to the regulation of the relationship between teachers and students and regarding the communication and guidance as the core.With regard to the new concrete circumstances,the methodology balances the emotions of students and teachers and work and it helps the supervisors to play a significant role in the guidance on the basis of the communication and respect between teachers and students in order to cope with the relationship.It has a profound effect on dealing with the current students work of supervisors.
