摘　　要：国家经济安全的风险不仅来自于国外,也来自于国内,因此国家经济安全与转变经济发展方式之间具有深刻的内在联系:加快转变经济发展方式,有利于控制国际金融危机等资本主义经济危机的风险;加快转变内需与外需关系的处理方式,有利于维护国家经济主权安全;加快转变经济发展与社会发展关系的处理方式,有利于维护国家基本经济制度安全。The risk for national economic security comes not only from abroad,but also from within the country.In this sense,the national economic security and transformation of economic development mode is highly and profoundly correlated.Acceleration of the transformation of economic development mode may contribute to control of the risks from capitalist economic crisis such as the international financial crisis.On the other hand,quickened steps of the reform on the solution to internal and external demands may help maintain the security of national economic sovereignty.Speeding up the reform in handling the relation between economic and social development will benefit the security of the basic national economic system.
