摘 要:以西安花园土和昆明农田腐殖土浸提液作为降解介质,对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的降解行为和两种土壤中不同微生物对PBS的作用进行了研究.结果表明,PBS膜在昆明腐殖土中降解两个月后的质量损失达到42%,其降解效果大约是西安花园土的9倍.在花园土壤中,真菌对PBS的降解起着主要作用,而腐殖土中,放线菌对PBS的降解起着主要作用.对花园土中的细菌和真菌进行了分离,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属和毛霉菌属;对昆明土壤中细菌和放线菌进行了分离,初步鉴定为假单胞菌属和链霉菌属.The degradation of poly(buthylene succinate)(PBS) in garden soil of Xi′an and humus in Kunming cultural liquid was investigated,and the degradation effect of different microorganisms on PBS was also strudied in order to provide the basis for the degradation of PBS in these two regions.The results show that the mass loss of PBS film reached 42% after two months degradation in humus,which is 9 times as much as in garden soil.Fungi and actinomycetes are the mainly effective species for degradation of PBS in Xi′an soil and Kunming humus respectively.Five kinds of bacteria and two kinds of fungi from the soil in Xi′an were isolated and preliminarily identified as Bacillus,Pseudomonas,and Mucor.Three kinds of bacteria and two kinds of actinomycetes in humus of Kunming were isolated and preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas and Streptomyces.
