摘　　要：通过对天津水务局网现有应用信息资源现状分析,提出整合现有信息资源的技术方法,同时以此为基础构建天津水务资源应用综合平台整体架构,为使各类业务数据得到充分共享,详细分析了公共服务平台和数据库的建设,以对综合信息资源的数据库系统做以规范。Through an analysis about application circumstance of information resources by Tianjin municipal bureau of water affairs,the thesis proposes technologies for the integration of current information resources.The general framework of Tianjin water affairs information resources application platform is also established by those technologies.Moreover,the author makes a detailed analysis on establishment of public service platform and database,and presents the design of database system for integrated information resources,so that all kinds of business data can be fully shared.
