扶正和胃合剂配合GEMOX方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌

摘　　要：目的观察中药扶正和胃合剂配合GEMOX化疗方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床效果。方法收集2005年1月—2008年12月应用扶正和胃合剂配合GEMOX方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌52例临床资料,用药方案为:扶正和胃合剂每次30 mL口服,每日3次;吉西他滨加奥沙利铂标准方案化疗,28天为1周期。观察临床主要症状、瘤体、生存质量、体重、肿瘤放免、整体疗效、生存率等指标。结果中药扶正和胃合剂配合GEMOX方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌患者,可以改善临床症状(总有效率为88.46%),稳定肿瘤(临床获益率为86.54%),提高生存质量(总有效率为82.69%),增加体重(总有效率为86.54%),获得较高的整体疗效(总收益率为75.00%),1年生存率为55.77%,中位生存期为15.8个月。结论中药扶正和胃合剂治疗中晚期胰腺癌,可以减轻患者症状,提高患者生活质量,稳定肿瘤,控制病情发展,延长患者生存期。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Hewei mixture combined with GEMOX regimen for advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 cases with advanced pancreatic cancer from 2005.1 -2008.12. Medication regimen was Fuzheng Hewei mixture： each time 30ml orally, 3 times a day; GEMOX regimen： gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin, 28 days was a cycle. Then we observed the main clinical symptoms, tumor size, quality of life, body weight, tumor RIA, overall efficacy, survival and other indicators. Results Fuzheng Hewei mixture combined with GEMOX regimen for advanced pancreatic cancer can improve the clinical symptoms （ the total effective rate was 88.46% ）, stabilize tumors （ clinical benefit rate of 86.54% ）, improve the quality of life （total effective rate was 82.69% ）, gain weight（ total effective rate was 86.54% ） , obtain a higher overall effect （ the total yield of 75.00% ） , 1 year survival rate was 55.77%, the median survival was 15.8 months. Condusions Fuzheng Hewei mixture combined with GEMOX regimen can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life of patients and stable tumor, control of the disease, prolong survival.
