摘　　要：目的:研究鸡血藤不同极性段提取物的制备方法、抗炎抗氧化活性,评价其安全性。方法:采用水、丙酮和乙醇等不同极性溶剂对鸡血藤有效成分进行提取,探讨鸡血藤不同极性段提取物体外清除自由基能力,并进行鸡血藤水提取物毒理学试验和体内抗炎作用研究。结果:鸡血藤各种提取物在体外均具有一定的清除羟自由基的能力;鸡血藤水提取物具有一定的抗炎活性;最大耐受量为120 g/kg,为实际无毒。结论:鸡血藤水提取物具有抗炎、抗氧化活性,安全性好。Objective：To obtain extracts from Reticulate millettia with different polarity solvents. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of the extracts were observed and the Safety of the water extract was evaluated. Methods： Water, acetone or different concentrations of alcohol was used to extract different dissolvent of Reticulate millettia.The scavenging free radical capacity of all extracts was measured. The anti-inflammatory activities and maximal tolerance test of the water extract were implemented in mice so as to make a safety evaluation. Anti-inflammatory effect of the water extract was observed by the ear edema induced by xylene in mice. Results： All extracts from Reticulate millettia had certain hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity in vitro. The water extract had certain anti-inflammatory activity. The water extract was safe for animals from the findings of toxicological test with MLD of 120 g/kg body weight in mice. Conclusion： The water extract from Reticulate millettia with good safety has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity.
