摘　　要：整合分散、异构的卫生政策研究信息资源,构建专题知识库,实现知识的准确分类、快速定位和便捷获取,为卫生决策者和研究者提供一站式的知识服务,是构建卫生政策知识服务平台的出发点和最终目标。本研究基于信息构建理论确定了卫生政策知识服务平台建设的基本原则,即:以用户需求为中心、以资源建设为根本、注重科学设计,确定了平台的整体架构,介绍了平台的特色资源和主要功能,最后探讨了下一步研究和功能开发重点。The original consideration and ultimate goal for constructing the service platform of health policy knowledge is to integrate decentralized,heterogeneous information resources of health policy research,establish subject repository,achieve accurate classification,quick positioning and easy access of knowledge,and provide one-stop knowledge service for health policy-makers and researchers.Based on the theory of information construction,the basic principles of constructing health policy knowledge service platform were defined,including taking users＇ requirements as centre,regarding resource development as fundamental elements and focusing on scientific design.Then,the platform＇s overall structure was designed,its featured resources and main functions were introduced.Based on which,further research and function development were discussed.
