柔肝泻脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血管内皮功能异常的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柔肝泻脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者血管内皮功能异常的作用。方法:选择明确诊断肝肾阴虚、痰瘀交阻的NAFLD合并血管内皮异常患者60例,随机分为两组,柔肝泻脂方组与血脂康组各30例。服药3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组明显提高血清一氧化氮(NO)、前列腺素(PGF1),下调内皮素(ET)、血栓素(TXB2),与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论:柔肝泻脂方具有改善NAFLD患者血管内皮功能的作用,且疗效优于血脂康。Objective：To observe the effect of Rougan Xiezhi Recipe on endothelial disfunction of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods：60 patients with fatty liver who were of Deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin and Phlegm-stasis combined Syndrome according to TCM Syndrome Differentiation were randomLy divided into two groups,The 30 patients in the treated group received Rougan Xiezhi Recipe and the other 30 in the control group received Xuezhikang Capsule.The course of treatment is all 3 months.Results：The treated group was significantly increased nitric oxide（NO）、prostaglandin（PGF1）and reduced endothelin（ET）、thromboxane（TXB2）,and it was statistically significant as compared with the control group.Conclusion：Rougan Xiezhi Recipe can improve function of vascular endothelium of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver,and the effect is better than Xuezhikang Capsule.
