摘　　要：目的:优选甜荞麦花叶中芦丁的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,以荞麦花叶中所含的主要有效成分芦丁的含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,通过超声波辅助提取技术,考察了药材的粉碎度、所用溶剂、提取时间、提取次数四因素对荞麦芦丁提取率的影响。结果:药材为细粉、溶剂选用甲醇、提取时间60min、提取次数3次提取效果最好。结论:本实验为优化荞麦花叶中芦丁的提取工艺提供了参考依据。Objective：Optimizing of the best Extraction rutin technology from among the gluco-buckwheat floral leafMethods：By HPLC technology,taking the rutin content that the main effective component in the gluco-buckwheat floral leaf as evaluation index,adopt L9（34）orthogonal experiment,by supersonic wave assist Extraction technology,inspect the influence factors including comminution degree、solvent and number of timesResults：The best Extraction rutin technology is that medical material is fine powder,solvent is MeOH,Extraction time is 60 minutes,Extraction times is 3Conclusion：This experiment provided the best Extraction rutin technology from among the gluco-buckwheat floral leaf.
