摘　　要：人际情报网络是应情报工作的需要而建立的一种人际网络,本文在深入分析当前人际情报网络构建方法的基础上,针对当前这些构建方法中存在的问题,提出了一种基于主题图的人际情报网络构建方法,该方法抓住了人际情报网络的本质,即企业知识本体,并充分发挥了主题图这种本体描述工具的优势,能够提高人际情报网络构建的科学性,有利于人际情报网络的维护和动态更新。Human intelligence network,as a kind of human network,is constructed to meet the need of enterprises to obtain information.In view of the problems of the current human intelligence network construction methods,this paper proposes a new method based on the technology of topic map to construct human intelligence network.This method,which captures the essence of human intelligence network（the enterprise＇s ontolgoy）and makes full use of the advantages of the topic map technology,can improve the scientific construction of human intelligence network and is conducive to the maintenance and dynamic update of it.
