社会资本视角下山东中小企业自主创新能力分析

摘　　要：在全球经济危机背景下,自主创新是企业竞争发展的根本所在。由于山东社会资本的特殊性,自主创新等同于闭门创新的陈旧观念,低水平的社会中介服务体系,"小圈子"关系网络和"信任"度的缺失,无不显示从社会资本视角提升山东中小企业自主创新能力的必要性。由此本文提出了利用社会资本进行开门创新以提升山东中小企业自主创新能力的建议。In the context of the global financial crisis,independent innovation is the soul of enterprise development.This paper analyzes the effects of social capital on the availability of independent innovation of Shandong small and medium enterprises.The results shows：particular resources of social capital in Shandong,low level of social intermediary service system,＂small circle＂ network of relationships and low ＂trust＂,leading to the availability of independent innovation of Shandong small and medium enterprises is low.And then draws the relevant policy recommendations use of social capital to enhance independent innovation capability of Shandong small and medium-sized enterprises.
