摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,货币政策的目标环境和宏观背景都发生了重大变化,对央行宏观调控的能力提出了更高的要求,客观上要求央行必须适时对宏观调控体制进行改革。在考察西方主要国家央行调控模式的基础上,结合我国的实际情况和发展趋势,从独立性、政策目标、中介指标和传导机制等方面就调控体制改革进行了探讨,并提出了一些政策建议。Along with the economic development in our country,the target environment and macro-background of monetary policy have had a tremendous change.It requires a higher ability of Central Bank,and objectively requests that the Central Bank should carry out a timely reform of macro-control system.Based on the review of regulation patterns of central banks in the major Western countries and in combination with our country＇s actual situation and developmental tendency,the paper discusses the system reform from the aspects of independence,policy goal,intermediary index and conduction mechanism,and puts forward some policy proposals.
