精神分裂症患者停药原因分析及健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者停药原因及健康教育对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对248例再次住院的患者,在恢复期对其停药原因进行调查。结果在停药原因中,对疾病认识不足和存在病耻感者均为73.38%;缺乏自知力者64.52%;缺乏药物治疗知识和家庭照顾者均为53.23%。结论针对停药原因,很有必要从病因和疾病特点、精神药物治疗以及树立正确的疾病观、消除病耻感等方面进行健康教育,以提高其服药依从性,减少病情复发。Objective To explore the reasons for discontinuation in patients with schizophrenia and the countermeasure of health education.Methods A total of 248 cases of readmission patients who stopped taking their medication in the recovery were questioned by using the self-designed questionnaire.Results In the discontinuation reasons,lack of knowledge of disease and the sense of shame sick were both 73.38%;lack of selfknowledge force was 64.52%;lack of knowledge of drug treatment and family caregivers were both 53.23%.Conclusion According to the reasons for discontinuation,it is necessary from the reason of disease and disease characteristics,treatment and psychotropic substances,to establish a correct concept of disease,elimate the sense of shame sick and other aspects to implement the health education,and improve their medication compliance and reduce relapse.
