帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症NOISE变化研究

摘　　要：目的观察帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者临床护理中NO ISE各项因子的变化情况。方法对60例帕利哌酮治疗的精神分裂症患者观察8周。使用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOS IE)于入组时、治疗第2、4、6、8周末进行评定,观察治疗各阶段中NO ISE各项因子的变化情况。结果与治疗前相比自第2周开始NO ISE各项因子评分即出现改善(t=29.4±5.6,12.3±5.3,13.6±4.9,6.1±4.5,7.4±3.6,12.2±5.7;P<0.05),此后各周呈持续显著改善(t=12.75,10.26,14.0,14.68,10.24;P<0.001)。结论经帕利哌酮治疗的精神分裂症患者护理质量显著提高,促进患者全面康复。Objective To investigate the changes of the Noise for the patients with schizophrenia treated by Paliperidone in clinical nursing.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia were selected and treated with paliperidone for 8 weeks.Noise scale were used to evaluate the result at the beginning and the end of 2,4,6,8 weeks.Results Comparing to the effect before treatment,the each fator of Noise began to improve from the second week（t=29.4±5.6,12.3±5.3,13.6±4.9,6.1±4.5,7.4±3.6,12.2±5.7;P〈0.05）,then there was a consistent and significantly improvement in all the weeks（t=12.75,12.3±5.3,10.26,14.0,14.68,10.24,12.9;P〈0.001）.Conclusion The treatment with paliperidone for patient with schizophrenia can improve the clinical nursing quality significantly and promote the full recovery.
