摘 要:目的了解护生对精神科临床护理突发事件应急知识掌握情况,为教学中增加护生应急知识的教学内容及其必要性提供依据。方法采用自行设计的突发事件应急知识测试量表,以我市卫校五年制2005级专科护生作为研究对象进行调查,测试调查内容为精神科病房突发事件应急知识掌握情况。结果护生掌握精神科病房突发事件应急知识的及格率仅为3.85%,平均得分(28.64±5.34)。结论护生普遍缺乏精神科突发应急知识,护理教学中应加强护生对精神科护理突发事件应急知识的教育和能力的培养。Objective To find out the situation of mastering the knowledge of emergency coping in psychiatric department among nursing students and to provide reference to the necessity of adding the content of emergency coping skills and knowledge in nursing courses.Methods The nursing students in class 2005 from the five-year Health School in our city as participants in the survey were surveyed,by using a self-designed questionnaire on the knowledge of emergency response,and the content of which was the information of mastering the emergency knowledge of unexpected events in psychiatric department.Results Of the nursing students investigated in the examination for skills of coping with the emergencies in psychiatric department,the passing rate was only 3.85%.The average score was(28.64±5.34).Conclusion Nursing students are generally short of the knowledge of unexpected events in psychiatric department.It is necessary to strengthen the training of emergency coping knowledge and the training ability in nursing education.
