摘　　要：目的讨论山西大同大学医学院学生羞怯与烦恼心理状况及两者间的关系,以提高其身心健康水平。方法对189名医学生用随机抽样的方法,运用烦恼心理问卷、羞怯量表进行测量。结果 1男生来自人际关系、学业压力的烦恼显著高于女生(t人际关系=2.138,P=0.034;t学业压力=2.580,P=0.011);2美容系各烦恼因子均高于心理系(t人际关系=-3.312,P=0.001;t缺乏自信=-3.289,P=0.001;t前途迷茫=-3.549,P=0.000;t学业压力=-3.570,P=0.000;t经济压力=-3.874,P=0.000),在羞怯上没显著差异;3有班级管理经验者羞怯程度显著低于没有班级管理经验者(t=-3.425,P=0.001),而在烦恼上差异不显著;4羞怯、缺乏自信、前途迷茫、经济压力存在年级差异(t羞怯=5.932,P=0.001;t缺乏自信=5.975,P=0.001;t前途迷茫=4.507,P=0.004;t经济压力=6.980,P=0.000);5烦恼各因子均与羞怯相关显著,缺乏自信和经济压力可解释羞怯的21.6%(R2=0.216)。结论大学生羞怯与烦恼心理状况水平良好;性别、专业和年级对烦恼存在影响;班级管理经验和年级对羞怯存在影响;来自缺乏自信和经济压力的烦恼可预测羞怯。Objective To explore the condition of the worry and shyness and their relationship of medical students in Shanxi Datong university,to improve their mental health.Methods With the Worry Domains Questionnaire（WDQ） and Shyness Scale,189 medical students in Datong University were randomly selected to be investigated in this research.Results ①The worry of male in the ＂relationships＂ and ＂work incompetence＂ was obviously higher than that of the female（trelationship=2.138,P=0.034;twork incompetence=2.580,P=0.011）.②The worry of Hairdressing professional was higher than that of Psychology,but there was no significant difference in shyness（trelationship=-3.312,P=0.001;tdiffidence=-3.289,P=0.001;tnetbeans=-3.549,P=0.000;twork incompetence=-3.570,P=0.000;teconomic pressure=-3.874,P=0.000）.③There was no significant differences between class management experience and non-class management experience students＇ worry,but there was significant differences on shyness（t=-3.425,P=0.001）.④Shyness,lack of confidence,aimless future and financial showed difference between grades（tshyness=5.932,P=0.001;tdiffidence=5.975,P=0.001;tnetbeans=4.507,P=0.004;teconomic pressure=6.980,P=0.000）.⑤Most factors of worry were significantly correlated with the shyness.Lack of confidence and financial could account for 21.6% of shyness（R2=0.216）.Conclusion The whole level of medical students＇ worry and shyness is in good condition.The gender,major and grade have effects on worry.Grade and class management experience have effects on shyness.Lack of confidence and financial predicts shyness significantly.
