摘　　要：颞顶叶脑出血在临床表现上有一定的特殊性;可表现为精神神经症状,以烦躁不安,循衣摸床或打人骂人表现就诊,与《伤寒论》太阳蓄血证描述颇为相似;临床诊断有很大的困难,并且很容易误诊为精神分裂症;对于高血压病患者,出现精神神经症状者,应高度怀疑颞顶叶脑出血的可能。Cerebral hemorrhage in the temporal-parietal lobe has specialty on its clinical manifestations. The patients always have some psychiatric symptoms, such as dysphoria, floccillation, bashing others and so on, which are similar to the descriptions of Taiyang blood retention syndrome in Shanghan Lun. The clinical diagnoses of this kind of psychiatric symptoms are difficult, and usually be misdiagnosed as schizophrenia. If the hypertension patients appear psychiatric symptoms, the cerebral hemorrhage in the temporal-parietal lobe should be highly suspected.
