竹叶石膏汤加味治疗骨肉瘤大剂量化疗后潮热汗出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察竹叶石膏汤加味治疗骨肉瘤大剂量化疗后潮热汗出症状的临床疗效。方法:48例大剂量化疗后出现潮热汗出症状的骨肉瘤患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服加味竹叶石膏汤煎剂,对照组口服贞芪扶正胶囊、复合维生素B常规剂量治疗,观察患者潮热汗出症状及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组潮热汗出症状的有效率分别为88%和43%(P<0.05),生活质量改善率分别为80%和30%(P<0.05)。结论:竹叶石膏汤加味可以有效改善骨肉瘤患者大剂量化疗后潮热汗出症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect of modified Zhuye Shigao Decoction in treating tidal fever and sweatiness after high dose chemotherapy in patients with osteosarcoma. Methods： 48 patients with tidal fever and sweatiness after high dose chemotherapy were divided into treatment and control group, modified Zhuye Shigao Decoction were administered orally to the patients in treatment group while Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsules and vitamin B complex were administered orally to the patients in control group. The effective rates of symptom control and improvement rates of quality of life （QOL） were investigated in both groups. Results： The effective rates of symptom control were 88% and 43% （P0.05） in treatment and control group while the improvement rates of QOL were 80% and 30% （P0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Zhuye Shigao Decoction can effectively relieve tidal fever and sweatiness as well as improve the QOL of patients with osteosarcoma after high dose chemotherapy.
