摘　　要：课程改革是高校适应社会人才需求的必然要求。实践教学是高校培养应用型人才的重要途径。《前厅与客房管理》课程是高校旅游管理专业必修课程,课程教学实践性强,在旅游管理专业教学过程中具有重要地位。《前厅与客房管理》课程实践教学存在诸多问题,课程实践教学改革具有必要性。课程实践教学应树立改革目标,明确改革方向和成绩考核体系。The college curriculum reform must meet the requirements of the talent needs in community.Practice teaching is an important way of cultivating applying talents.Front Office and Room Management is a compulsory curriculum with strong practicality and has an important position in professional teaching of tourism management courses in college.The practice teaching of this curriculum exist many problems.The practice teaching reform of the curriculum is necessary.It is supposed to set up goals and to define the direction and evaluation system of the practice teaching reform.
