两种样品前处理方法在检测小麦农药残留中的应用

摘　　要：比较了凝胶渗透色谱净化(GPC)与国家标准方法(GB/T 5009.146-2008)两种样品前处理方法在分析检测小麦24种农药残留中的应用效果.结果表明:两种样品前处理方法均可较好地满足农药残留检测分析的要求;与国家标准方法相比,凝胶渗透色谱净化方法的操作自动化程度、检测的灵敏度和准确度更高,平均回收率平均高出10%以上,在同样的残留水平上能够检测出更多的农药种类.The paper compared the effects of two sample pretreatment methods,i.e.gel permeation chromatography（GPC） purification method and national standard method（GB/T 5009.146-2008）,on the determination of 24 pesticide residues in wheat.The results showed that both of the two sample pretreatment methods could well meet the requirement for the determination of pesticide residues in wheat.Compared with the national standard method,the GPC purification method had higher operation automation degree,detection sensitivity and accuracy,with the average recovery over 10% higher than that of the national standard method,and could detect more pesticides at the same pesticide residue level.
